Back in 1993 AWB started out as Alex as a sole trader blacksmith, working from our workshop based between Hereford and Worcester. Alex was primarily making ironmongery for heritage properties and the building trade. In 2004 Alex’s son, Floyd, joined the company as a partner having completed his training at the International School of Blacksmithing.

Over the years AWB has expanded and is now able to offer a full range of services across the metalworking spectrum with a team of qualified Blacksmiths and fabricators to accomplish projects in a timely manner and to the very highest standards. 

During the last 30 years we have invested in state of the art machinery and have worked hard to create a niche product range, along with undertaking projects for commercial and private clients, ranging from one off pieces to large production runs.
